Why are my devices showing as offline in commander but online in Director?

First try:  The devices are not yet aware that they are "Commander Enabled".  You will have to force the device config update by  doing Edit Settings, Save Changes in Device Admin.

Second try:  See if port 9000 is open from the device to cms.signstix.com.  This will be viewable in the Health Check.
