Bluetooth can be disabled on a SignStix M12S device as follows:

1. Attach a USB mouse to the device.

2. Double-right-click to escape from signage to the white 'Controls' page.

3. Click the 'Apps' button.

4. Click 'MXQ Settings'.

5. Click 'General'.

6. Click 'More settings'.

7. Click 'Bluetooth'.

8. Move the switch to the 'Off' position.
