Once your videos have been uploaded and you've created a video sign, you need to make sure you have your videos organised into a playlist.
- Navigate to Content.
- Click the plus (+) button and choose ‘New Playlist’.
- Enter a name for the new playlist e.g. ‘Videos1′.
- Click the plus (+) button on the right hand side in the ‘Playlist entries’ section.
- Navigate to your newly uploaded video (using the name filter if convenient) and click it.
- This will add the video file to the end of the playlist.
- Add further files if you wish.
- Click ‘Close’ to finish adding files to the playlist.
- Click the ‘Add Playlist’ button to complete the operation.
To then add your video content to a sequence, follow the instructions as follows:
- Navigate to Content.
- Click the plus (+) button and choose ‘New Sequence’.
- Enter a name for the new playlist e.g. ‘Sequence1′.
- Click the plus (+) button on the right hand side of 'Sequence Entries" to add signs to your sequence.
- Select a video sign to add it to your sequence then close the box.
- Once the video sign is listed in your sequence entries, you'll see there's a drop down under the 'Playlist' section.
- Click on the drop down and select 'New Playlist'.
- Select the playlist that you'd like to play on your video sign and close the box.
- Click on the 'Repeat' and select 'Wait for Video' on your video sign. This will ensure that your video sign plays all of the videos in the playlist before looping back to the first sign in the sequence.
- Click 'Add Sequence' in the bottom right corner.
