How do I submit a support ticket?
Email support@signstix.com. In order for us to fix issues that you are having ASAP and
remotely, and to truly understand the reason behind the problem it’s useful
that as much detail as possible can be put into a support ticket. You should
include:- Detailed description of the issue
- How long has this been a problem?
- Has anything changed recently in the
account?
- Is the device online? (if necessary)
- Screenshot or photos
- Name of the content (signs, sequences)
in question (so that we can take a look at this in your account)
- Affected devices- please reference
their IDs if possible
- Have any error messages appeared? What
are these? (can be found in device settings page)
- Have you upgraded your devices to
3.3.3? (always recommended)
