Why can't I add my sign to a sequence?

Why can't I add my sign to a sequence?

Please ensure that you follow these steps:
  1. To add a new sign to a sequence click into the current sequence and select the (+) icon on the right (Add Sign).
  2. Choose a sign to add to the sequence and this should automatically add to the end of the sequence.
  3. Click 'Update sequence'.
If when you click 'Add Sign' you cannot see the sign that you are expecting to see then check that this has been published, if this hasn't then you won't be able to add it to a sequence.
To check whether a sign has been published go into content> search signs and click into your sign. If under published it says 'No' then you need to go into Creator and publish the sign. You can do this by clicking the paintbrush icon and hitting the orange 'Publish' button. It should now be possible to add this sign to a sequence.
