1. Make sure your video sign includes a video box.

2. Make sure you have ‘video wall mode’ selected in device settings as this will minimise black-screen periods between videos.

3. Make sure your video is added to a playlist which is assigned to your device. 

4. If you have a sequence, make sure you have specified which playlist to use on the video sign (using the dropdown list in the sequence settings).
