Why isn't my content rotating?
There are 2 main causes for a rotation not to work:- The rotation settings on the panel are conflicting with the rotation settings done in SignStix. Please use the panel remote to navigate to the rotation settings, such as 'auto-rotate' and disable as appropriate.
- Software rotation will not work if the content being used is video content. Hardware rotation must be done for video content. Please see the following link for more information: https://www.signstix.com/support/how-do-i-set-up-my-device-for-a-portrait-screen/
